  • I love this poem - it expands upon Les Murray's miniature masterpiece 'A Denizen'
    (first published in ABR) to portray these amazing creatures in luminous detail.
    The internal (full and half) rhymes give these lines gorgeous, subtle music:
    'akimbo in a world of wind' and 'nine minds to run rings around'
    So much to admire here.
